GES manufactures and supplies a range of wear components for the recycling and waste to energy plants. We can produce shredder teeth from 400BRN-500BRN material and up to 75mm thick. We flash grind these to leave a precise surface finish.
These knives are typically used for producing an RDF or SDF, paper, glass and general shredding.
We can also supply wear plate chute liners for waste to energy plants. Other products we manufacture for recycling plants include cutting edges for loading shovels and punchplates for trommel drums and screeners.
