Punch Plate

GES produce punch plates for use in the primary screening of materials, in particular crushed rock. Ideally punch plate is best manufactured using wear resistant steels over mild steel to offer longer wear life of the screen. The majority of plates are done in 6mm to 15mm and apertures ranging from 20mm to 300mm +. If required, GES will also supply and weld the end hooks.

GES can produce a range of aperture shapes including hexagon, round and square. GES also offer a rolled plate service, where punch plate screens are to be used in a trommel drum for example.
