Four Day Week Survey
Following feedback from employees we are exploring the possibility of a condensed working week – The “four day” working week would likely require you to work longer shifts over a shorter time period.
As this would require detailed planning and scheduling in order to be able to meet our current and future production commitments, we are unable to give much more detail as to shift start/end times, days of the week worked etc .
So in order to see if it would be a viable option to explore at this stage we are only seeking to gauge the level of interest in this type of shift pattern and would ask you to follow the link to a survey to indicate your response.
